Sparkling Jello Shooters

Cook Time 3 minutes
Refrigerate 1 hour
Total Time 13 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 packs unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups sparkling apple cider or grape juice
- 2 tbs. sugar
- sprinkles
Instructions

mix together the gelatin, sparkling cider and sugar

let sit for 3 minutes

microwave for 3 minutes until everything is dissolved

pour into 8x8 greased pan

place in refrigerator and let set for approx 30-45 minutes

place sprinkles on top of jello
-
let set the rest of the way
-
cut into squares and serve
