3 Ingredient Pineapple Sorbet

  • 1 quart of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 5 TBS sugar
  • 3/4 cup water


  1. I use fresh pineapple (not canned) I buy the pre-cut pineapple spears and cut them into chunks.
  2. Place the pineapple into a freezer bag and freeze for 2 hours
  3. Place the frozen pineapple chunks into a food processor with the sugar and pulse until the pineapple is broken up
  4. Add water and grind until it is a puree
  5. Place pineapple mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze
