Core and quarter the apples. Leave the skins on

Add apples and water to Instant Pot

Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes

Release pressure and place mixture into blender. Blend until smooth and return to Instant Pot

Add spices and sugar and sautee on low uncovered for 15-45 minutes, dpending upon how thick you want it.

The longer it cooks, the thicker it will get

Store in fridge in airtight jar for up to a week.
