Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey browned and drained
  • 3 cans 10 oz. each Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis (undrained)
  • 2 cans 10 oz. each tomato puree
  • 1 can kidney beans undrained
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 TBS chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • bread bowls optional

Instructions

  1. brown the turkey, drain
  2. add all ingredients to a greased slow cooker
  3. mix well
  4. cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours
  5. serve in bread bowls
