Mini SNICKERS® Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • I bag SNICKERS® Peanut Butter minis
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Chocolate Sundae Syrup
  • Caramel Sundae Syrup
  • Baking cups

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese and powdered sugar into mixer and blend together
  2. Fold in Cool Whip
  3. Place approximately 1 bag of Snickers Peanut Butter minis into a food processor and crush. Leave a few whole to top the cheesecakes with
  4. Stir the Snickers into the cream cheese mixture
  5. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups
  6. Place 1 Vanilla Wafer in the bottom of each baking cup
  7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of each Vanilla Wafer.
  8. Place in fridge until ready to eat
  9. Just before serving, drizzle some chocolte and caramel sundae syrup over the cheesecake and top with a SNICKERS® Peanut Butter mini
