Preheat oven to 375 F.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish

Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces and place into a baking dish

In medium bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the cream, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls

Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with syrup

Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown

Cool before serving

When ready to serve, microwave icing for 15 seconds and drizzle over top

Serve with maple syrup
