Chocolate Pudding Pops
Have you ever had a Pudding Pop? They were a staple of my childhood. They were silky and creamy and oh so good. Alas, they are not made anymore. So yesterday I was staring blindly into my pantry looking for some snacks and I noticed a box of chocolate pudding. Wanting something cold to beat this summer heat that we have going on here, I decided to take that chocolate pudding and make my own Chocolate Pudding Pops.
Every summer I crave popsicles. I’m not sure I know anyone who doesn’t. The best kind of popsicles (in my opinion) are the super creamy kind. And that’s why I love this recipe so much. You could go the easy route and just use pudding but if you use just one more ingredient it makes these popsicles divine! And that ingredient is… Cool Whip. Sorry, no sugar free version here..just good ol’ Cool Whip. I’m all about healthy MOST of the time but you need a tiny bit of indulgence once in a while, right?
