This goal setting print and SVG file is a great motivator for the New Year.
It’s the New Year and I’ve got some big goals for this year. I’m sure that you do too. But sometimes I find it really really hard to stay on track with my goals. I’m a visual person and need constant reminders of the goals I am working toward. That’s why I created this goal setting print and SVG file.
This is a quote that is used at every practice of my daughter’s track and cross country team. Her team name is Without Limits and her coaches do a great job reminding them that there is no limit to what you can do. Hence: Set Goals, Not Limits.
Last year was a great year for me and I attribute it to setting concrete goals and working toward them with small, actionable steps. Here are the personal accomplishments that I am most proud of from last year:
Placed 2nd in my age group in two 5K races
Cut 3 minutes off my 5K time
Finished a 15K
Finished 2 half marathons
Finished the NYC Marathon
None of it would have been possible if I didn’t set goals. And the key to reaching these goals writing them down and then breaking them down into small. easy steps. For running, that means a training plan where I run a certain number of miles each day.
You can access the print and SVG in the resource library, available to my email subscribers.
The print is formatted as an 8×10 PDF and is for personal use only. You may not sell or redistribute the print. The SVG file can be used in a Silhouette or Cricut machine.
