Welcome to my 12 Days of Christmas Series! For the next 12 days, I will be sharing fun holiday crafts, recipes and printables. You may recognize some of your favorite bloggers as they will be stopping by to share their holiday ideas as well. Today I’m kicking the series off with some delicious Mint Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies.
Pudding cookies are the best. THE BEST. Especially right after they come out of the oven and you are the only one home and you get to taste test them all by yourself. It was glorious and gooey and minty and oh so good.

Mint and chocolate is one of my favorite flavor combos. It comes in a close second to peanut butter and chocolate. This recipe oozes chocolate because of the chocolate pudding AND chocolate chips.
Imagine bringing these into the office for your co-workers. I’m pretty sure you’d be getting a raise if you hand delivered them to your boss. They are THAT good.
Want MORE pudding cookie goodness? Yeah, you do. So here’s another great pudding cookie recipe.
