Fall is the perfect time of year for pies. I love a good pumpkin pie. What I don’t love is spending a lot of time in the kitchen baking the pie. Sometimes I prefer the no-bake variety. And bonus points if the pie is bite sized. Today I’m sharing with you the easiest recipe ever… my No-Bake Mini Pumpkin Pies.
Raise your hand if no-bake is your go-to way of “cooking”. If I could somehow see through my computer right now, I bet most of you have your hands raised. I’m just going to assume that they ARE raised and am going to show you this easy recipe. Ready? And you won’t believe the secret ingredient!
No-Bake Halloween Pumpkin Pie
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Pumpkin Pie
- Candy corn
Spoon 1/2 container of the yogurt into the mini pie crust
Top with candy corn for eyes and nose
Add a mouth Reddi-wip®
What do you think about using the greek yogurt? I think it is genious! I used Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Pumpkin Pie that I found at WalMart. I was so excited to find this flavor that I literally cleared out *almost* the entire shelf. I love seasonally flavored items.
Move over pumpkin spice latte and make some room for this delicious pumpkin treat. These no-bake mini pumpkin pies are perfect for after school snacks. You can make them in minutes and they are easy enough that the kids can help!
Just a few notes…I would add the candy corn and Reddi-wip® right before serving. If you leave the candy corn on for too long, the colors bleed into the yogurt. Also, the Reddi-wip® will get less and less “fluffy” as time goes on.
