No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites are easy to make and perfect for that special someone on Valentine’s Day.
No-bake may be two of the best words ever. And strawberries and cheesecake may be two of the best flavor combinations ever. If you are a long time reader of this blog, you know that I am a chocolate girl at heart when it comes to sweets. Cheesecake comes in a close second though. If it’s on the menu at a restaurant, you can better believe that I’ll be ordering it. I’ve never had a cheesecake flavor that I didn’t like and this twist on the classic cheesecake is perfect for after school snacks or a late night craving.
NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BITES
The base for this is my basic cheesecake recipe.
No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
- 12 oz. cream cheese softened
- 4 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Graham Crackers crushed (about 1/2 package)
- 5-10 frozen strawberries thawed
- silicone molds
Place cream cheese and Cool Whip into a mixing bow. Beat on medium speed to combine
Add in strawberries and mix well
Add in powdered sugar and mix well
Place mixture into silicone molds
Place in freezer overnight
Pop cheesecake out of molds and let that for 3-5 minutes
Roll each cheesecake piece in the crushed graham crackers to coat
Place cheesecake bites into an airtight container and store in freezer until ready to eat
When ready to serve, let stand on the counter for a few minutes to thaw and then serve immediately
These are the perfect bite sized treat. You’ll want to keep them frozen until you are ready to serve them or they will lose their shape. I have a bunch of these in the freezer right now and they are the perfect
bribe reward for the kids.
