Organize.
It might as well be a 4-letter word instead of eight. I love the end result of organizing but the process to get to the end results sort of overwhelms me. And if you could see my master closet right now you’d know exactly what I’m talking about. It’s the ONLY closet that I have to store MY stuff in the ENTIRE house. Clothes, craft supplies, bath towels, linens, photo books, kids school memory boxes… it ALL ends up in my master closet. You’ve got to have some Mission Impossible skills just to navigate through it. I wish I was kidding.
Although I love a neat and organized home (and life), I really wish that I could have one tool that would help me do it all like a ninja. One tool that I could implement in every.single.room and for every aspect of my life.

Guess what… I’ve found THAT tool. My home and life is going to go from semi-chaotic/masquerading as organized to full blown Type A organized and running like clockwork.
What is this tool, you ask? Simple. Labels, lists and schedules. Because when things are labeled and written down on lists and schedules, things just get easier and fall into place. And yeah, I know that’s three things but stay with me for a minute and I’ll show you that it’s really just one.
I can’t do the hard work for you. You’re going to have to go through your stuff and purge like a madman. But after you purge, I promise you that labels, schedules and lists will keep your stuff organized once and for all. And I’m not talking about a label here and a label there. I’m talking about a COMPLETE SYSTEM to organize absolutely everything in your home and life.

My friend Kristi who blogs over at I Should Be Mopping the Floor creates amazing printables and she published an entire book of them! See? One tool with all these wonderful items to help you organize. When I heard about this book that she was creating, honestly my first thought was “How is that going to work? I’ve never heard of something like that before.” I was so intrigued and couldn’t wait to check it out. Friends.. she is a genius. It’s a book of tear out labels, forms, lists, schedules and directions. You just tear out what you need and go!
I got a copy of this book before Kristi’s launch date and it is nothing short of AMAZING. Here is just a sample of what you will find once you dive into the book.
Do you know how many times I Google kitchen conversions? Pretty much every single time I cook. But I wrote any of it down. Now I don’t have to because Kristi created a chart with everything on it. This is saving me tons of time in the kitchen for sure!
I’m not the best at cleaning. I let things go for WAAAY too long. I always tell myself that I’m going to get better and going to get on a schedule but I’ve never actually spent the time to sit down and write one out. Now I don’t have to because Kristi has done it for me!
And this is just the tip of the iceberg. There’s labels to organize holiday items, garage items, kids toys, bathroom items, craft supplies. There’s a laundry cheat sheet, kids schedules, medicine log. It covers absolutely everything and is pretty much an entire home and life makeover wrapped up into one little package.
The best thing is you don’t even have to leave you house to get your hands on a copy of this book because it’s for sale on Amazon NOW! So save that trip to the bookstore and get this amazing book here! And while you’re at it, hop on over to Kristi’s blog and check out more of her amazing stuff.
