Warmer weather means the return of fruity refreshing drinks. This Raspberry Sherbet Punch is perfect for an afternoon on the porch or for a party full of guests.
I have a sweet spot for sherbet. Especially the raspberry, lime, orange mixed sherbet that comes in the big plastic tub. I’m known to eat quite a lot of it it one sitting. The colors remind me of a summery dress that I wore when I was about 6 years old. Guess what I called that dress? My sherbet dress. My love affair with sherbet goes way back!
So when Spring and Summer roll around each year, I crave the sweetness of sherbet. When it’s the main flavor in a drink? Even better.
RASPBERRY SHERBET PUNCH
^^^PIN THIS SO YOU REMEMBER THE RECIPE^^^
This punch is simple to make but oh so delicious. Want to know my secret for making punch? A little carbonation in the form of Sprite.

Raspberry Sherbet Punch
Ingredients
- Raspberry sherbet a few scoops
- Sprite enough to fill one glass or mason jar
Instructions
-
Place a scoop of raspberry sherbet into the bottom of a glass or mason jar
-
Fill the glass 3/4 full with Sprite. Don't pour too fast or it will bubble over
-
Place another scoop of sherbet on top
Sprite may be the most versatile drink. You can add it to almost any beverage to give it a little kick, like this Yoda Soda I made for my son’s Star Wars Party.
