Popsicles may just be the perfect summer treat. The only thing better would be watermelon but it’s a very close race. I’m a big fan of homemade popsicles. I make so many of them in the summer that when my daughter was asked at school to draw things that describe me, popsicles made the list. I’m so proud. There are many different popsicle recipes out there but this is the easiest one yet. You don’t need any plastic popsicle molds or Dixie cups. I give you… Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

So what’s so easy about them, you ask? To make these, you literally just stick a popsicle stick into an unopened container of yogurt and put it in the freezer. That’s it! I think I just gave you the easiest “recipe” ever. And there are no dishes to wash because after you take the popsicles out of the freezer, just run the containers under warm water for a few seconds and the popsicles slide right out. Then just throw away (or recycle… we are green in this house!) the container!
I bought a giant variety pack of Yoplait yogurt the other day and froze some of each flavor. I love that the kids can have whatever flavor they want and I literally didn’t have to do any extra work to make strawberry, blueberry and peach.
