If you know me or read the blog often, you know that I have a slight obsession with chocolate. Anything tastes better with a little chocolate. Kind of like bacon… bacon makes everything better. Same goes for chocolate. So when I decided to make some fruit dip, chocolate was a no-brainer. I took a basic fruit dip recipe, added in some M&M’s® and made M&M’s® Crispy Fruit Dip. M&M’s® Crispy is making a comeback? Do you remember them? If not, get ready for some goodness!
Fruit dip is one of my favorite types of dip. Savory dips are delicious but I much prefer the sweeter kind! First, I needed to get my hands on some M&M’s® Crispy so I headed to Walmart to purchase them. You can find them in the bulk candy aisle or in the 180 calorie packages in the checkout area. I used the small package for this recipe.
Next, I brought that delicious chocolate goodness home and turned it into this amazing dip.

M&M’s® Crispy Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 TBS vanilla extract
- 1/2 package single serving M&M’s® Crispy
Instructions
-
Place softened cream cheese in a mixer and blend until whipped
-
Add in brown sugar and vanilla extract, blend together well until no lumps
-
Add M&M’s® Crispy to a food processor and pulse until broken up
-
Gently fold M&M’s® Crispy into the cream cheese mixture
You might want to hide it to enjoy yourself. I made this in the afternoon and by dinner, all of the strawberries and almost half of the dip was gone!
