The weather is finally getting cooler and Halloween is approaching. I can almost feel the sugar high now. I’ve whipped up some inexpensive Halloween decor for the spooky season.
I made these during naptime AND I had everything on hand. SCORE.
Here is what you need:
3 empty Starbucks bottles
{this is how I justify my slight addiction}
Halloween themed scrapbook paper
Scissors
Tape
Remove the labels from the bottles. It is ok if some of the sticky reside is left. It is actually better because it helps the paper stick.
Cut six strips of scrapbook paper.
Wrap the paper strips around the bottles and secure with tape.
Cut out the letters to spell “BOO” and attach them to the bottles with tape. You don’t need a fancy machine to cut these. I free-handed them.
How cute are these? You can use them in so many ways. I currently have them next to my Blinged Pumpkin.
See that stick in the bottle? That is the next phase of my Halloween decor. You will have to come back tomorrow to find out what it is.
These would also be a great centerpiece for a Halloween party. Fill them with all sorts of goodies…candy corn is the first thing that comes to my mind. YUM!
How are you decorating for Halloween?
