It’s that time of year. Time to make your New Year’s resolutions and goals. It’s well known that you are more likely to reach your goals if you write them down and since I love printables, I’ve created this New Year’s goals printable. And if you don’t like the idea of calling something a “resolution”, don’t worry because neither do I. That’s why I call them “goals” on the printable. Resolution seems so final. Goals can be modified!
NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS AND GOALS PRINTABLE
I made a version of this printable several years ago and I just can’t believe how time has flown by.
I like to let my kids fill these out to see their perspectives on the year. In previous years, my daughter’s goals have been to “rock out” proving that no goal is too crazy. As you can see below, one of her goals from 2016 was to become a better artist. And I can definitely say that she has reached that goal. Her work is so amazing for a teenager. So whatever your goals are… write them down! I also love to see what their favorite memory of the year has been. Clearly our family vacation was a highlight of their year. This coming year we are going on another big vacation to Yellowstone National Park!
I like to reflect on the previous year AND look forward to the next year so this printable has room for your highlights from the current year in addition to goals for the new year. After you are done filling this out, file it away in a special place and get it out at the end of the year to see how close you come to reaching all your new year’s goals.Got goals for the New Year? Print this out to document them! #newyears #goals
