Peeps Smore’s dip is the perfect Easter treat.
Does it really get any better than Peeps? No. No it does not. And when you mix Peeps with s’mores… oh.my.goodness…. watch out because you have just created heavenly goodness is the form of Peeps S’mores dip.
When I was younger, I don’t remember eating many Peeps. Our Easter consisted mainly of jelly beans in plastic eggs hidden around the house, baskets filled with that utterly annoying green plastic grass and trips to the mall for the obligatory picture of me crying on the Easter bunny’s lap. Good times.
Now it seems like Easter is filled with overflowing baskets with toys and gadgets like it’s Christmas. When did this happen? When did Easter become Christmas? Seriously, I want to know because my kid’s baskets contain a few simple things from the dollar store that can be used outside like bubbles, chalk and maybe a new beach bucket. That’s it.
So clearly I’m not a big fan of the overflowing Easter basket but I AM a big fan of treats. I’ve got the craziest sweet tooth and will never pass up a dessert. EVER. So when my husband told me about Peep S’mores dip, I was all in. I knew I had to make it. For the kids, of course.
Let me show you how easy this PeepS S’mores Dip is to make.

Peep S’mores Dip
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- 2-3 packages of Peeps approx. 30 for a small skillet
- Graham crackers for dipping
Line the bottom of a baking dish or skillet with chocolate chips
Arrange peeps in one layer on top of the chocolate chips
Put the oven on BROIL and place the skillet or dish into oven for 1-2 minutes
Keep an eye on the Peeps. When the tops turn golden brown, it is done. This only takes a very short amount of time so make sure you don't burn your Peeps!
Dip the graham crackers in dip and enjoy
I told you this was easy. You get all the s’mores goodness without the smoke in your eyes and smell saturating your clothes. I’m all for a great campfire but I can’t stand smelling like an ashtray afterward. These s’mores are made right in your oven so no disgusting smell. Unless you burn them. Don’t do that.
Peeps for breakfast is always a good thing.
